Floor Stabilization System

Heavy-Duty. Code-Compliant. Built to Last.

Our floor stabilization system is engineered to provide permanent structural support and meet or exceed building code requirements.

Each system is constructed using:

  • 5” x 5” heavy steel beams
  • 6” flange beams for added rigidity
  • Heavy ¾” steel plates secured at both the top and bottom connections
  • A 24” x 24” footing poured with 5,000 PSI concrete
  • Reinforced with #5 rebar
  • Installed on solid, undisturbed hardpan soil

Each footing contains at least 480 pounds of reinforced concrete per beam, creating a stable, load-bearing base designed for long-term performance.

This is not a light-duty support system. It’s a reinforced structural solution built to properly stabilize sagging or weakened floors.

With Trotter Company’s Floor Stabilization System, you can rest assured your floors will be secure, level, and properly supported for years to come.
