Floor Stabilization System

Our floor stabilization system is fully adjustable.  It is constructed with 5 X 5 steel beams with heavy 3/4 inch steel plates top and bottom and 6 inch flange beams.  It is installed with heavy duty, code compliant foundations.  We use 4000 psi concrete with # 5 rebar reinforcement placed on hard pan undisturbed soil or piers can be installed if poor soil conditions exist.  Your floors will be extremely stable with our system.
